Fred Eaker

Fred Eaker has been with NC State University since 2007 and with experience in public, non-profit, and higher education environments; previous employers include the Alzheimer’s Family Day Center and the NC Department of Transportation. His NC State experience began with 4 years supporting Student Media Advising, later joining DASA Tech to support University Recreation. Over the last several years, Fred’s responsibilities expanded as he assumed the Assistant Director role in addition to technology leadership for several units. His duties now include those listed below under the Functional and Strategic Lead sections.

Fred has a B.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management from UNC-Greensboro, and a M.L.S. in Gandhian Ethics and Social Justice from NC State. He has completed the ITIL Foundations Certificate and NC State’s Pathways Leadership Development Program.
