Request Access to Enterprise Systems (SAR Actions)

Department heads or their designees can request access for departmental employees to the Student Information System (SIS), Human Resources (HR), and Financials (FIN) and related enterprise systems through the following process. Please follow these instructions.

Check-Out Loaner Equipment

DASA Tech handles software purchasing for all units in DASA, and takes advantage of special pricing made available through OIT. (Please note that the cost for Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro are covered and do not need to be requested for purchase.) Available titles are listed below. The prices are approximate as licensing contracts with vendors change each year, and some prices are based on the total number of licenses purchased by the campus.
