Department heads or their designees can request access for departmental employees to the Student Information System (SIS), Human Resources (HR), and Financials (FIN) and related enterprise systems through the following process. Please follow these instructions.

Check-Out Loaner Equipment
DASA Tech has a variety of equipment available for check-out to DASA units, and can be used for events, or longer term as needed as available. Please send requests to email@example.com. Available equipment includes:
- Laptops (Chrome, Mac, Windows)
- Tablets (iPads, Surface, Galaxy Tab)
- Desktop monitors
- Card Readers
- External speakers
- Miscellaneous cables, adapters, supplies

Request a New Reporter Course
DASA Tech handles Course creation for all DASA units within the Reporter event registration system. Please use this form to make your request. If you want to learn more about how you can use Reporter for your area, please contact your Strategic Lead who can arrange a consultation with the folks on our team who manage this process.

Academic & Student Affairs has launched NC State University Guides, which is an app available through the Apple and Google app stores. This branded app is home to all individual Guides at the university, and leverages Guidebook functionality across the campus. Learn more…
Request Hardware Purchase
Please first consult with your Strategic Lead about which solutions will best fit your needs. For small standard items such as keyboards, mice, tablet cases, cable adapters, etc, send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Request Software Purchase
DASA Tech handles software licensing and purchasing for all units in DASA. Some software has special pricing made available through OIT. New software requires review. Please send your request to email@example.com.
Request Tech Training
Training is available for groups and also on a 1-on-1 basis as needed. Workshops can be facilitated by DASA Tech staff and other subject matter experts on campus.
